Glucose and insulin resistance

I went to my regular checkup today and also had to do the 1 hour glucose test again. I finally remembered to ask my doctor about the insulin resistance I have as a result of my PCOS (egg laying malfunction) and how it affects my glucose test results. She said that because I already have an insulin resistance (even though I'm not diabetic) that I'm higher risk for developing gestational diabetes. She suspects that the glucose test I did today will come back high just like the first time and that I'll have to do the 3 hour test again. I'll just have to wait and see for sure when my results come back. On a side note, my belly is measuring just like it should and even though my skin is really tight (according to my doctor) I still haven't noticed any stretch marks.
