6th Anniversary

It has been a few years since we have really done anything for our anniversary (other than just going to dinner) so this year we decided to stay at a bed and breakfast in Williams AZ. It was our first time at a B&B and after this wonderful experience, we never want to stay at a hotel again! We stayed at the Firelight and we have nothing but good things to say about it! We happened to be the only guests on Friday night and on Saturday morning, our host made us a wonderful breakfast of french toast croissants, hash browns, chicken apple sausage (or something like that and it was GOOD), fresh strawberries, coffee and juice. We couldn't have asked for a more delicious anniversary breakfast!! We will definitely go back again and maybe next time we can stay two nights like we wished we had been able to do this time. Here are the pictures from our trip.
This bear (along with another one) were rescued from a place where they had been kept in cement block enclosures and so far, they sadly spend most of their days pacing back and forth. We were told that eventually they will probably outgrow this behavior but it will take a long time for them to learn that they aren't cooped up anymore and are in a natural environment.
These cubs are 12 weeks old. Two of them are rescues and one was born at the park.
This is Itty Bitty. He is also 12 weeks and was rescued shortly after birth with his mother. He will be moving in with the other 3 cubs next week now that he is strong enough to be with them. The lady holding him in the pictures is essentially his mama and he gives her kisses and everything. She has been bottle feeding him since he was rescued.
